Looking for a workout that’s a BLAST!?
Memphis Fitness Kickboxing is now offering our BLAST fitness class at our midtown location. Workout every part of your body in this high intensity circuit training class! Best part about it? You’re done in 45 minutes!! Each class offers everything from weights, resistence training, cardio and even mixed martial arts! You will have a motivating coach who will be there to push you and encourage you daily! Bobby Jean Lewis is very passionate about this class and she herself holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and has been involved in Mixed Martial Arts for 10 years.
